Our stay here was exceptional, brilliant place for exploring Newquay. The staff were so helpfull, the beds were best. The garden was beautiful, breathtaking location. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was unbelievable. Good price-quality ratio compared to other properties, and overall clean.

Outstanding value, it was fairly clean. Modern stuff and friendly location! Our family king room was well-appointed. Service was really NICE, that made the hotel authentic place.
